For three years from 2002 - 2005 I lived and guided permanently on Alphonse Island in the Seychelles, and it changed my life. It is, quite simply, the best saltwater flats destination on the planet.  

Ten thousand dynamic acres of flats, reef and coral play host to hoards of bonefish, marauding GT's, tantalizing African permit, the charismatic triggerfish, and myriad other species. It is also the one place where anglers can legitimately and consistently target big milkfish on fly. I learned more and caught more during those three seasons than I ever thought possible.

And now I'm going back - for one week only from 06 to 12 November 2010. Nine anglers can join me and we will have the entire place to ourselves!
